It is the guerilla guide to loops, but it's only volume 1, and volume 3. Volume 2 was lost, through no fault of my own.

Canada shipping will be the same as US shipping. About $15, although I don't know the conversion for canadian dollars. www.xe.com will tell you though, but as i'm on my iphone at the moment. I can't tell.
