This is available on their "twothousandten" DVD, which is a lecture-DVD. It was available to buy on both their American and European tours. I am sure they will also sell it on their Canadian tour.

OMG I need that DVD. That trick is too good. Dan, Dave, if your listening, we would all love you forever if you sold the DVD on the website.

I have the DVD and I use the trick all the time, very practical and very hard hitting!
