Greetings,

I registered on the site this morning and subsequently purchased 3 videos. I was able to view them during that browser session.

Now, just a few hours a later, I am unable to login to the site. I am certain that I entered my credentials correctly but, since I am unable to login, I attempted to recover my password by clicking the "forgot password" link.

I entered my email address when prompted by when I click Submit I get an error saying that I did not enter an email address they recognize.

Obviously this is a bug because I have 2 emails in my inbox from the site: the sign up confirmation and the purchase confirmation.

I have seen references to automatic emails with instructions on how to access your purchased media but I never received such an email. I was able to figure that out on my own during the initial browser session.

Is anybody else having trouble accessing the site and their purchased materials?

I had set aside a very specific block of time today to view these materials and did not count on my purchases being inaccessible.

Also, do they provide support on Sundays?

Okay,

I don't know whether this qualifies as user-error or bad site-design (I'm a software developer so I'm leaning towards the latter).

I was attempting to login use the the login button at the top of the page. This is apparently the login for the dananddave community, not the store although that is not immediately obvious.

If I attempt to login using the controls on the right side of the page I am able to login using my registered credentials.

At any rate, problem solved.

Well I'm glad you got it figured out man. I figured that was your problem bc something similar happend to me a while back. In the future if you have issues like that you can submit a support ticket to dananddave via PM if you thnk there is a bug. Glad you got it all worked out though man.

Thanks Victor. I did log a support ticket but with it being Sunday I didn't expect (or receive) a response today. I figured since I had posted publicly about the problem it would only be fair to post my solution as well. Hopefully it will help others who might do the same thing.
